Need help with Paceora?
Last updated: July 9, 2026. Use this page for pairing trouble, compatibility questions, App Store support, and anything that feels off in the Mac app.
Quick setup checklist
- Open Paceora from the macOS menu bar.
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your Mac.
- Power on your treadmill and keep it nearby during pairing.
- Grant Bluetooth permission when macOS asks for it.
- Use the menu bar controls to start, stop, and adjust speed.
First things to try
If Paceora does not connect or behave as expected, try these checks first.
- Turn Bluetooth off and back on, then reopen the app.
- Make sure no other nearby device is already connected to the treadmill.
- Keep the treadmill awake and within Bluetooth range while pairing.
- Review your default speed, reminders, and unit preferences in Settings.
- Restart the app if the menu bar item or popover becomes unresponsive.
Before you send diagnostics
Paceora is an unofficial companion app for supported WalkingPad and KingSmith treadmills. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to KingSmith or WalkingPad.
Bluetooth is used to communicate with the treadmill. Workout history and preferences are stored on your Mac by default. Read the full privacy policy before sharing logs or screenshots: https://paceora.fit/privacy/.
Contact Paceora
Send the details here and I will reply by email. I read these messages myself, so response time can vary. A Mac model, macOS version, and WalkingPad model usually save a round trip.
If the captcha never loads, you can also open a public GitHub issue. Do not include private logs, email addresses, or purchase details there.
