01 / Set up

Quick setup checklist

  • Open Paceora from the macOS menu bar.
  • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your Mac.
  • Power on your treadmill and keep it nearby during pairing.
  • Grant Bluetooth permission when macOS asks for it.
  • Use the menu bar controls to start, stop, and adjust speed.

02 / Troubleshoot

First things to try

If Paceora does not connect or behave as expected, try these checks first.

  • Turn Bluetooth off and back on, then reopen the app.
  • Make sure no other nearby device is already connected to the treadmill.
  • Keep the treadmill awake and within Bluetooth range while pairing.
  • Review your default speed, reminders, and unit preferences in Settings.
  • Restart the app if the menu bar item or popover becomes unresponsive.
